Sniffers was distributed through the Oasis chain and shown in UK cinemas before the main feature. The short was selected for a world tour of leading film festivals sponsored by The British Council.

Future Via Hope, a British Advertising Craft Awards nominee (as ‘Best Short’), was one of the winners of the ‘Visions’ context for 60″/90″ films run by Channel 5 UK.
London Quick City (Dir. Mark G Lonsdale & Neale Purton)
Shot on Super 8, this experimental short takes the viewer on a break neck journey through the heart of a deserted London. This is the festival trailer.
Originally filmed in the mid 1990s, London Quick City had its launch screening at the Garden Cinema in Covent Garden in November 2024. It was selected for the Berlin Filmgarten festival (2025) where it won an Audience Award.
Further selecetions in 2025: Stockholm City Film Festival, Peshawar International Film Festival and VASTLAB Experimantal 2026 (Los Angeles).

L is leaving. This is her journey. She is from another world and has been called back. A ghost like presence – she has to leave her life here and travel to a collection point. We travel with L as she sees London – hears its voices and touches its textures – for the last time.
Leaving is a poetic hybrid of social realism and science fiction starring Emily Eaton as L.
